It is right to show users how others see their profile, but stupid to add the option of showing profile by specific name. It's good just for a game and doesn't show view differences from name to name.
I would have kept only the relevant options, that have all available views.

It would be a pretty neat feature to view by circle instead of by name. That way you could restrict content from users in certain circles while allowing more accessibility from users in others.
Viewing by name makes a bit more sense however, when you take into account the fact that users can belong to different circles and different permission levels would over-write each other.
